Glulam Blends Natural Elements of Jellystone Park at Three Bears Lodge
The Three Bears Lodge is a full service resort, offering a family-friendly vacation without leaving the property. Douglas Fir Glulam was chosen to help enhance the natural qualities of Jellystone Park, with glulam beams, wood decking, and galvanized connections being supplied throughout the resort.
In the heart of Cranberry Country lies the Three Bears Lodge, a full service resort featuring guest rooms, villas, a 60,000 square-foot indoor waterpark, an outdoor waterpark, restaurants, an arcade, skatepark, and over 150,000 square feet of event & meeting spaces.
Douglas Fir Glulam was used extensivley throughout the development, including in the waterpark, hotel rooms, the lobby, and over 40 log cabins. The main trusses span 72' in length and 11.5' in height. Douglas Fir Glulam was chosen to help enhance the natural qualities of Jellystone Park. All the Glulam, wood decking, and galvanized connections were supplied through Western Archrib.
